Job Summary
Small firm seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with experience in lender representation for residential real estate closings. Successful candidate will be handling files from start to finish. Must know how to review and clear title reports, prepare a CD, calculate net loan proceeds and prepare a closing package. Position will require upbeat communications with all parties to a transaction including lenders, borrowers, attorneys, real estate brokers, etc. Attention to detail, ability to multitask and organizational skills are required. A portion of time will also be spent on files representing purchasers and sellers.
Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with document management experience
• Comfortable Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
