This position will serve as the Network Administrator for Caritas Family Solutions. The incumbent primary focus on the implementation, management, maintenance, support, and network security of our regional network and systems. This position requires a highly collaborative and team-focused candidate with excellent communication and organization skills and broad knowledge of the technology industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties as assigned:
Implement, configure, and maintain the appropriate modern networks (not limited to LAN, WAN, and WIFI) aligned with the strategic direction and regional office structure of Caritas Family Solutions.
Configure and manage enterprise phone system and Internet in multisite environment
Configure and install network infrastructure components not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, access points; manage enterprise phone system and Internet in multisite environment
Configure and provision server components (physical/virtual server and software).
Monitor networks and systems performance
Identify, label, and inventory all installed infrastructure and maintain network and systems documentation

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree in computer science or related area, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
Four years of experience with systems and network administration
Must possess good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Must have a valid Illinois Drivers License, ability to pass a background check.
