Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire an office assistant/ scheduler, someone who is self-driven, responsible, professional, and a team player. Qualifications include:
Must have scheduling experience - Nursing/ HHA visits, etc.
Must have computer experience - Microsoft Word and Excel, able to create and maintain documents.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Creating and managing nurses and aide visit schedules daily.
Monitor all visits and make sure that they are scheduled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Find coverage when a nurse or aide is not able to work.
Call and confirm nurses' and aides' schedules.
Working on daily reports/ administrative reports per office procedures.
Answering phone calls.
File, Input, monitor, and update data as necessary.
