Treatment Nurse 

• Daily treatment of residents skin condition as prescribed by a physician 

• Visual weekly skin assessment check 

• Making sure treatments match orders/wounds 

• Every resident with wound; (p, pain monitoring sheet 

• Update Braden scale with any new/worsening wounds 

• Notify D.O.N of any wound concerns 

. Update MD and RP of wound status on a weekly basis 

• Verify labs, vit/minerals etc. for each resident with wounds 

• Attend standard care/QA 

• Have weekly pressure sheet ready for D.O.N, MIS, and Administrator 

• Keep up with the treatment cart book 

• Monitor meal serving in dining room 

• Re-assess l'e-admits or new admits skin status
