We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to adult patients age 18 and higher. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can make a difference in the lives of others. We are a non -narcotic office with a great environment, family referrals, and supportive staff.

```Duties```

- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments

- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries

- Provide primary care services including health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management

- Prescribe medications, including psychopharmacology, as appropriate

- Perform specimen collection and processing

- Administer esthetic laser treatments

- Utilize ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes

- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and specialists

- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

```Experience```

- Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred

- Strong background in acute care and primary care settings

- Proficient in performing physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests

- Knowledge of psychopharmacology for mental health treatment

- Experience with specimen collection processing techniques

- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment procedures

- Understanding of ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing

- Ability to provide home care services as needed

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
