Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Office Personnel. This position will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills, and a strong ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update company calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with MAC
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
