- Following the care plan
- 3 Live-In Days (Monday a.m. through Thursday a.m.) recurring
- Main needs are as follows:
- "Live-In" caregiving assistance for Female
- She weighs 100 lbs.
- Medication Reminder
- Needs assistance with ADLs
- Needs assistance with transfers
- lifting, positioning
- Build trust, Listen to her
- Pureed food for meals. Cannot have solid food
- Light housekeeping
- play games and interact with her. Very important
- Other responsibilities include: dressing, hair care, hygiene etc.. toileting, meal prep, feeding,
- need to be able to lift her from bed to scooter, etc....
- Needs assistance from the bed to her motorized scooter
- Companionship, COMPANIONSHIP
