We are seeking an Operation Associate to support our growing business operations. Responsibilities will include reporting of sales call performance, data analysis, monitoring tests, and optimizing sales call operations.

As an Operations Associate at Caring, you will

  • Communicate performance metrics and explain trends to key stakeholders and push for a course of action, establishing your ownership in the Operations department.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting, with the autonomy to determine the structure and cadence of reporting in addition to creating it.
  • Perform various ad hoc analyses; formulate conclusions and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop a fundamental understanding of our sales call operations and the full business funnel to drive meaningful performance improvement.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and priorities, gaining broad exposure to multiple operational facets of the business and sharing learnings and best practices.
  • Operate in an iterative mindset, focused on delivering continuous improvements and value at high velocity.
  • Own internal communication and the presentation of analysis to all levels of the broader business team.

  • An effective communicator and collaborator who can tell a compelling story with data
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace

Our Ideal Operations Associate will have

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Entry level position with either 1 year(s) experience or successful completion of data/analytics internship
  • Strong Excel skills - Must be comfortable with pivot tables, charts, v/h lookups, and count/sum if, as well as all other common Excel functions.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI.
  • A desire to dig into various analytics platforms and data visualization tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • A growth mindset that informs giving and receiving feedback.
  • Demonstrated integrity with experience and comfort in handling confidential information with discretion
  • High sense of urgency. Able to make adjustments and identify process improvements that are adaptive to changing information
  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the basics of how websites are built and operate
