Part Time Kennel Technician
Location: Purcell, OK, 73080
Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Kennel Technician to join our team at our boarding facility. The Kennel Technician will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of our boarding animals.
Responsibilities:
- Feed and water animals according to schedules and feeding instructions
- Clean and sanitize kennels, runs, and other animal living areas
- Monitor animal behavior and report any concerns to management
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by management
- Provide exercise and playtime for animals
- Assist with grooming and bathing of animals
- Assist with customer service and check-in/check-out procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with animals preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Working Hours:
The Kennel Technician will work part-time hours from 7:30am-5:30pm.
