CareStaff Partners is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Hospital located in Douglas, WY. The ideal candidates should have Case Management Experience.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse-Neurology

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing practice in a hospital setting. Community nursing experience is highly desirable.
• A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wyoming
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, has a commitment to customer service.
• Communicates effectively with all applicable customers and age groups.
• Works effectively with patients and family, maintains a cooperative working relationship with the medical staff and other members of the health team.
• Pass a Background check // medical test // skill test // drug test

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsibilities include coordinating all authorizations and re–authorizations for services. Involves identifying patient care needs in preparation for discharge. Insures compliance with all applicable third party payers. Acts as a units Utilization Review liaison with HIM.
