Job Description: 
As a Registered Nurse with a specialization in Wound Care Nursing, your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality care to patients with complex wound care needs. You will:

• Assess and diagnose wounds, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop specialized treatment plans.
• Administer advanced wound care therapies and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize healing.
• Educate patients, their families, and other healthcare providers on wound care best practices.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation specific to wound care procedures.
• Adhere to rigorous healthcare and safety standards, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications: 
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Active and unrestricted nursing license in the state of South Dakota.
• At minimum, current BLS, Wound Care, and ACLS certifications (Certification requirements vary by location).
• At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse, actively within the last 12 months.
• At least 1 year of specialized experience and expertise in Wound Care nursing, including advanced wound assessment and treatment skills.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic wound care environment.
• Travel experience preferred, not required.
