Title: Early Careers Project Management Support
Duration: 6 Months
RATE: $43/Hour on W2
Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with global colleagues to ensure all the tasks needed for a high-quality program experience for interns and analysts before, during and after orientation are in the project plan with clear owners, inter-dependencies and due dates
• Ensure risk/issues are identified, documented and assist the Early Career Lead to address
• Work collaboratively across workstreams and events to ensure a clear understanding of inter-dependencies and impacts of how tasks affect other tasks downstream and the employee experience
• Partner with the Early Career Lead and team to ensure key milestones are achieved
• Ensure a global approach is executed consistently locally, while allowing for regional/location differences, where needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• project management or related experience required
• Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word skills
• Basic understanding of project plans, risks, issues and inter-dependencies
• Influencing, communication and collaboration skills needed to work in a matrixed environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions to risks/issues
• An understanding of agile methodologies is a plus, but not required
• Project Management certifications are a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $43.00 per hour
