Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, and HVAC system maintenance - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner - Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly - Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects - Fabricate or repair equipment as needed - Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks - Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance activities - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance - Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate tasks effectively - Proficient in welding, electrical repairs, and other relevant maintenance skills - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail We offer competitive compensation based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package.
