Receptionist (Weekends)

The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is looking for a talented and hard-working receptionist to join their team. The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is a facility with 158 beds and is proud of their state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 60 short term beds. The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center team spanning 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term and outpatient settings would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth.

Receptionist (Weekends) Qualifications:

• High School diploma or minimum 3 years business background preferred.
• Must have the ability to work independently and multitask.
• Must have a positive attitude and be able to provide excellent customer service.
• Secretarial skills such as typing, filing, faxing, Windows (Microsoft & Excel),
• Strong organizational and follow- up skills

Receptionist (Weekends) Functions

• Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personal.
• Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions and other information.
• Greet and welcome on site visitors
• Receive sort and route mail.
• Assist nursing with any residents, staff and/or visitors that are acting in a manner that threatens the safety of the resident or any other person.
• Immediately respond to any alarms or requests for emergency assistance from staff.
• Be alert at all times for any unsafe conditions that could put the residents, staff and/or visitors at risk.
• Assist nursing with any resident’s, staff and/or visitors that are acting in a manner that threatens the safety of the residents or any other person.
• Misc Clerical Duties
• The shift is EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 8AM-4PM.

Receptionist (Weekends) Benefits

Pay Rate: $22 an hour

Available Shift(s): Saturday's and Sunday's a must!! 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am
