Social Worker Aide

Looking Part Time Social Worker Aide that is self-motivated. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision and possess the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their ADLs.

Social Worker aide Job Description:

• Complete resident social history and psychosocial assessment as assigned by the Social Services Director. 
• Other clerical duties as assigned by the facility's Social Services Director

Salary Range:

• $12/hr - $15/hr depending on experience
