• Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year full-time experience as a Pediatric ED RN within the last year.
• Strong ability to use independent, critical judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery.
• Strong familiarity with triage workflows, conscious sedation, RSI, and assisting with common ED bedside procedures.
• Experience working with the pediatric population and recognizing pediatric-specific signs and symptoms of distress vs. non-distress.
• Knowledge of pediatric respiratory diagnoses is essential.
• Must be comfortable following protocols and initiating interventions as needed per facility policy.
• Strong IV skills and trauma experience are a plus!
