Job Summary:

Duties:

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices
- Experience in behavioral health is preferred
- Proficient in medical documentation, including ICD-9 coding
- Familiarity with workers compensation laws and regulations
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance
- Experience working with electronic health record systems, such as Cerner
- Basic understanding of sonography procedures and interpretation

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [STATE]
