Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, assisted living, and hospice care environments.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document and maintain accurate medical records
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

Skills:
- Experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing home, memory care, or hospice care settings
- Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work effectively within care systems to provide comprehensive support
