Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Case Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient services, case management, and managed care. If you have experience in HIPAA compliance, social work, PICU, addiction counseling, discharge planning, ICU, or diagnostic evaluation, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient care activities and resources
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Provide support for patients and families during difficult times
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

Skills:

- Proficiency in patient service and case management
- Knowledge of managed care principles
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance

- Familiarity with PICU and ICU environments

Pay: $21.08 - $25.39 per hour
