Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Your expertise and skills will be utilized across various healthcare settings, including case management, ER, assisted living, and more. Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition - Provide direct patient care, including wound care, ostomy care, and IV infusion - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care - Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures - Assist with case management activities, including coordinating referrals and arranging DME (Durable Medical Equipment) - Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical interventions, such as CPR or ventilator support - Utilize esthetic laser treatment techniques for cosmetic procedures (if applicable) Requirements: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in various healthcare settings - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices - Proficiency in performing vital signs assessment and basic medical procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism We offer competitive pay rates and comprehensive benefits packages for our Registered Nurses.
