Responsibilities:

Website Redesign:

• Redesign and update the company website, ensuring alignment with brand identity and user experience best practices.
• Utilize web design tools and technologies to create a visually appealing and user-friendly interface.
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.

Brochure Creation:

• Develop engaging and informative brochures and marketing collateral to effectively communicate the services and values of Caregiver Grove Behavioral Health.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand content requirements and design compelling layouts.

Social Media Management:

• Curate and create content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  Implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions.

Company Newsletters:

• Design visually appealing newsletters to keep clients, partners, and stakeholders informed about company updates, events, and industry news.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and maintain consistency in messaging.

Digital Content Production:

• Produce eye-catching digital content, including graphics, videos, and animations, to support marketing initiatives across digital channels.
• Ensure all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications:

• High school degree and active enrollment in university or community college.
• Basic understanding of a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of web design principles and experience with website development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Prior experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.
• Passion for mental health advocacy and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
