The Carefree Boat Club of Tennessee seeks to fill member service assistant positions. The position will be on Boone Lake at Rockingham Marina.

The Carefree Boat Club is a members-only club that provides our members with unmatched service, access to a very describable fleet of boats, and the opportunity to enjoy all the fun of boating without all the hassles and expenses of owning a boat.

The member service assistant is vital to our operation in that they assist our members with reservations and their "on the dock" experience. These team members are the face of our business at the marina.

A Successful candidate should possess:

The ability to work independently, be ethical and professional, and communicate clearly

Boating knowledge/experience is desired but not mandatory

Varying work schedules will be available, but candidates who posses the ability to work fluid schedules that also include weekends and holidays will be considered more desirable.

Job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Ensure our members receive the highest level of service at every level of contact

Ensure all boats meet cleanliness standards prior to each usage

Assist members with reservations

Assist members with boarding and departing the boat

Ensure club reports are completed. This would include daily entries in the CBC “Resnet” program

Assist with fueling boats after member usage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Boat handling: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Johnson City, TN 37615: Relocate before starting work (Required)
