Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Hospice and Home Health

CareerStaff Unlimited is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time contract positions in Hospice and Home Health settings across San Diego County, CA, spanning from Fallbrook to San Ysidro. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs who have a strong focus on patient care and excel in resourceful problem-solving in dynamic environments. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Hospice or Home Health care, along with a valid HHA certification.

Weekly Pay: $1,000

Pay Rate: $25/hr

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated knowledge of care and current clinical practices in Hospice and Home Health settings
• Ability to comply with regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the position
• Commitment to promoting patient independence by establishing care goals
• Proficiency in resolving patient needs through multidisciplinary team coordination
• Maintenance of a safe and clean work environment
• Tactful interaction with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Confidentiality in handling patient information

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA in Hospice or Home Health
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California
• HHA certification
• CNA certification from an accredited institution
