Job Description

As required by Executive Order 14042, Federal contractor employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 regardless of the employee’s duty location or work arrangement (e.g., telework, remote work, etc.), subject to such exceptions as required by law. JMA Solutions has an opportunity available for a Senior Program Analyst. The Senior Program Analyst performs senior-level program analysis functions associated with the ongoing business, financial management, and information technology activities of the Navigation Services Directorate.

This position is located in Washington. D.C. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Program/project planning
  • Preparation and analysis of program-related data
  • Review of program status
  •  Preparation of reports
  •  Coordinating, scheduling, and arranging meetings
  • Preparation of materials for and giving program-related briefings and presentations
  • Program coordination with FAA Headquarters and regional office personnel, and facility personnel
  •  Conduct of program and project control processes; etc.
  • Perform various types of program/project/systems analysis, and provide occasional general logistics support.
  • Provide occasional general logistics support.
Job Requirements
  • Must be aware of the security requirements and understand the processes needed to ensure a safe NAS.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis, and mitigation plan development
  • Demonstrated Cost/Schedule Controls System Criteria experience for complex programs, specifically implementation of contractor earned value/performance reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of contractor-earned value/performance reporting and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles, schedule development and analysis, earned value measurement, and technical performance measurement is required

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience
