BlueForce, Inc. is seeking to hire a Multimedia Studio Manager to assist the US Joint Counterintelligence Training Center (JCITA), located at Quantico, Virginia. 

JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence (CI) training to DOD, which includes CI operations, collection, investigations, functional services, and analysis. JCITA is also responsible for training DOD Security Operations personnel.

The Multimedia Studio Management maintains the day-to-day operation of the multimedia studio, to include record and edit multimedia training, operate studio equipment, create graphics, produce still photography, conduct field shoots, forecast equipment and software needs, as well as test and quality-control studio products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Multimedia Studio Manager duties include, but are not limited to:

• The contractor shall maintain the day-to-day operation of the multimedia studio, to include record and edit multimedia training, operate studio equipment, create graphics, produce still photography, conduct field shoots, forecast equipment and software needs, as well as test and quality control studio products.
• The contractor shall have a working knowledge of the following equipment: video monitors such as a program monitor, preview monitor, and input monitors; TV/production switcher; audio mixing board; linear/non-linear editor; storage servers; waveform monitor; vector scope; camera control units; speakers; video router/patch panel; sync generator; cameras and camera pedestals/ remote arms; lighting rigs such as ceiling mounted lighting grid, tungsten lights, and lighting control board; and microphones/microphone jacks.
• The contractor shall have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Might drive and/or be a passenger in a U.S. government vehicle including purchased, leased, and/or rented when supporting the JCITA mission.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly.
• At a minimum five (5) years of experience with current technologies and equipment used to produce multimedia to include video and still photos.
• The contractor shall have at a minimum a Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, computer science, graphic arts, visual communications, digital media arts, or equivalent degree.
• A certificate multimedia, computer science, graphics arts, visual communications, or digital media arts along with seven (7) years of experience developing multimedia or digital media products is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Holding and maintaining valid state driver’s license.
