Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing equipment following process work instructions and manual production processing.

Assemble parts into complete assemblies with precision and attention to detail.

Maintain a clean and organized work area according to safety and quality standards.

Contribute to team goals by meeting production standards and demonstrating a commitment to safety and quality.

Follow work process instructions and collaborate effectively with team members.

Essential Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Excellent communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.

Experience working in manufacturing or on teams is a plus.

Physical Demands:

Ability to perform tasks using small tools and accurately complete quality and administrative documents.

Must be able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and tolerate the industrial work environment.

Physical agility to climb stairs, lift boxes, and maneuver as needed for job tasks.

Work Environment:

Heavy industrial environment with varying noise levels.
