The National Pork Board is seeking an experienced and talented Vice President, Demand Development. This role is responsible for developing strategies to turn marketing insights and industry knowledge into action on behalf of the Pork Checkoff. This leadership position will lead a team of experienced marketing professionals working collaboratively to engage key industry stakeholders (packer/processors, retailers, foodservice) within the pork supply chain to effectively build and execute comprehensive and uniquely valuable marketing program(s) for the US pork industry. Working in close partnership with the Vice President Data & Insights, the Vice President of Demand Development will lead the creation of business plans and marketing activities to be leveraged across business-to-business (B2B) activities as well as the consumer marketing strategy (B2C).

Up to 50% travel is required in this role. Candidates should have a valid US Passport and Drivers License.
Full-time Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000
Please note: This starting range is based on a general market pay assessment. However, individual salary decisions take into account a variety of factors including but not limited to: business and local market considerations, internal equity, and overall candidate skills, education and experience.
