The candidate should have exceptional leadership skills, the capacity to understand critical customer needs, and deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategy. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with an MBA preferred, along with at least 15 years of revenue experience and a demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets. Familiarity with the education market and the unique challenges of private equity-backed businesses is also essential.
