Your Role as a Vice President of Product Management: As a Vice President of Product Management you will manage a portfolio of products. Your role reaches far beyond operational and includes the full engagement life cycle (Customer, Marketplace, Internal Innovation, Maintenance). You are responsible for supporting the overall product strategy and articulating the vision and mission of the product portfolio roadmap feature prioritization, breakdown, and development. A Day in the Life of a VP of Product Manager:
As the VP of Appspace Products, you will play a pivotal role in our transformation, reporting directly to our President and collaborating closely with Executive leaders to shape the future of our Appspace product portfolio
Leading a high-performance team, you will be instrumental in engaging customers, defining product strategy, and creating compelling roadmaps for our Appspace offerings
Working alongside engineering, you will drive the execution of deliverables, ensuring business impact and success
This role operates in a highly cross-functional environment, requiring you to thrive in ambiguity, excel in a fast-paced growth stage setting, align with executive stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams across different time zones
You will be responsible for driving products to support driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and pipeline growth, forging strong partnerships with sales, sales enablement and marketing
Additionally, you will engage with senior-level customer stakeholders to drive product adoption
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market needs assessment to customer success
Refine & execute against Appspaces product vision, mission, strategy and roadmap
Utilize market analysis, competitive insights, and customer research to shape the product roadmap
Present product roadmaps effectively to key customers and partners
Drive product analytics to optimize feature usage and comprehension
Foster a customer-centric mindset and incorporate it into the product development process
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely product deliverables
Facilitate cross-product capabilities and dependencies to leverage innovations across the organization
Assist in development of go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with marketing
Help to define pricing and competitive positioning for each product
Act as the primary evangelist for our Appspace products, participating in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders, and market analysts
Drive product analytics for continuous improvement
Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to align product features with their desired business outcomes
Drive Product Advisory Councils in key regions globally
Develop and implement a Product Led Growth strategy for all Appspace products
What Youll Need
High energy and passion for the role
15 years of product management or equivalent experience
Grace under pressure, sense of humor, and camaraderie in execution
Proven experience working with international teams in growth stage environments
Outstanding interpersonal skills that transcend various cultures and professional backgrounds
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to foster empowered product teams in a high-performance and high-accountability environment
