The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the regulatory affairs function is robust, well-connected to the business, and focused on enabling new product introductions. This role involves establishing and maintaining governance processes for regulatory affairs across the company, in alignment with regulatory and ISO requirements. The Vice President will also be a key member of the executive leadership team and will work closely with leaders to execute the multi-year strategic roadmap. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline, with an advanced degree highly desirable, and a minimum of 10 years in regulatory assurance leadership roles with a multinational company. The role requires experience in driving global, transformational initiatives and a demonstrated track record of results in leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader with a passion for excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across business groups. Responsibilities include leading the development of regulatory strategies, directing submissions to regulatory bodies, interacting with regulatory agencies, and providing strategic and technical oversight to promote compliance and quality of products.
