Product Delivery Manager, TripSource (Remote)

As a member of the Product Planning team, you will work on a range of complex (and fun!) problems and be responsible for the delivery of TripSource. You'll partner with product, configuration, and commercial stakeholders to deliver new features and functionalities.

As aProduct Delivery Manager, TripSource, you will

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements effectively
• Ensure clear communication and alignment on the scope and timelines for product delivery among internal stakeholders
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the platform, maximizing its functionality and benefits
• Oversee all product readiness tasks, including documentation management and release notes
• Regularly report on important service metrics and the current status of the product
• Coordinate the management of demo sites and facilitate end-to-end testing processes
• Act as a liaison between product and configuration teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion

About you

• Prior experience in the travel industry
• Previous experience ofproduct delivery experience (2 years experience)
• Hands on knowledge of at least one GDS
• Analytical ability, demonstrated by being able to quickly grasp and break apart complex concepts into logical, understandable, and sequenced steps
• Technically oriented with strong attention to detail. You must understand the product and business logic, data sources and uses, and feature inter-dependencies
