Business Development Representative Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably with VA, Military, health and hospitals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Business Development Representative Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the organization's presence in the healthcare market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to educate and engage potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Pay: $90,000- $140,000.00
