Job Description
Prime Analytical Laboratories, LLC (PAL) is a fast-growing contract research and testing laboratory located in Concord, California. PAL provides analytical chemistry, cleanroom environmental monitoring services and microbiology testing services for cosmetics, nutraceuticals, medical devices, BioPharma and food companies. We are seeking a full-time Sales Account Manager with experience in selling to BioPharma and other life science companies. We are looking for a person willing to work hard, with great attention to detail, good knowledge of the BioPharma industry, great sales closer, and a multitasker.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company services to new and existing customers.
- Must have knowledge of typical testing requirements used in the BioPharma and other life sciences to test their products. For example, testing using equipment such as HLPC, LCMS, and GC-MS, etc.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
- Organize and attend trade show events.
- The person must have a high work ethic to ensure revenue targets are met.
Qualifications:
BS experience or higher in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biochemistry.
5 years of sales experience in a CRO company servicing the BioPharma industries.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Excellent experience using HubSpot CMR to manage the sales process.
- Excellent sales closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Salary
The position's annual salary range is $65,000 to $85,000, plus commission. The commission annual amount is not capped, so the more you sell the higher your commission.
