Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Effectively communicate with internal team and clients

Candidates must be client-focused, self-motivated, possess effective time-management skills and interact professionally with our clients

Perform quality pest inspections and effective treatments for our clients in commercial food, pharmaceutical and related environments

Manage inventory of equipment and supplies

Support client’s food safety management system : protect the food supply and the environment

Provide excellent client care & service, problem solving, and listening skills

Flexibility and willingness to work variable hours

Position Requirements

Successfully meet pre-employment background screen

Possess a valid driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check

Flexibility and willingness to work variable hours

Ability to work outdoors

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED

Customer-facing experience preferred

Other Skills, Attributes, and Abilities

Google suite proficient

Provide excellent client care & service, problem solving, and listening skills

This position is hourly with commission earning potential, our average full time Service Specialist will make over $50k * in their first 12 months (Hourly, Overtime, and Commission).

Actual annual is based on individual performance. Work Location : Remote, based in or around the Job posting location

Base pay range : $16.40-$22.00 / hour

Annual incentive potential : $960-$14,210 / year

Annual Total Earning Potential after initial training period : $51000 - $81120 / year

In addition to the base pay, a Colleague working in this role who has completed training may be eligible to earn additional monetary compensation including overtime, incentive and / or commission pay.

Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes and achieving Key Performance Indicators (""KPIs"").
