All billed as Medicare Part B. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. We're looking for someone who has the availability to see a minimum of 15 hours of direct patient care per week.Part-time and PRN are available. If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. The SLP hired will work with the geriatric population. Overview: A growing organization in Connecticut is now hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for an expanded caseload in the Southbury area of CT. The SLP will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) to homes in the area. The position includes a flexible schedule / hours per week based on your preference. The Speech-Language Pathologist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in the homes of older adults.
