Job Summary:  Performing HR Generalist all-encompassing functions as described below:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Experienced at interacting within HRIS with items such as personal data compensation, benefits, training, attendance, wage adjustments, etc. Performs systems backup regularly.
• Experience assisting employees with Leave of Absence and Accommodation requests.
• Prescreens applications for both exempt & non-exempt candidates, and partners with Hiring managers to arrange interviews.
• Conducts benefit and policy orientation with new hires.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining all employee personnel files and records.
• Gathers and compiles data from personnel records and prepares required reports for Center and corporate-level compliance.
• Establishes and maintains all EEO/AAP logs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum: Previous HR Generalist experience (1-2 years)

Preferred: Previous HR and with any additional Payroll experience (2 years)

Knowledge: HRIS system knowledge/experience, Microsoft WORD & EXCEL
