Location: Knoxville, TN (some travel required, 25%)

Responsibilities:
- Utilize basic construction tools and equipment.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, trimming, and other woodwork.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Assist in remodeling projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow guidelines and safety protocols.
- Minimum of 2 years of construction and carpentry experience.
- Must be trainable and have a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must have a solid work history and be dependable.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with potential for some travel (25%).
- Pay is based on experience.
- This is a temp-to-hire position, with the opportunity for advancement within the company.
