Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping and groundskeeping. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Duties:
- Perform lawn care maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Assist with tree care, such as pruning and removal
- Plant and maintain gardens, flower beds, and other landscape features
- Install and maintain hardscape elements, such as pathways and retaining walls
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks, including mulching, weeding, and fertilizing
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment effectively
- Knowledge of proper lawn care techniques and plant maintenance
- Familiarity with hardscape installation and maintenance
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
