This is a District Manager position for a property management company that operates several properties in Southwest Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, and Hot Springs. These are low-income properties with a tenant base that can be challenging.
This is a start-up company so many of the employees and owners wear many hats. We are looking for a self-starter, as you will be learning about problems at the property level in real-time. If working longer hours than 40 hours a week, figuring problems out in real-time, traveling throughout the State of Arkansas, and managing people does not sound like something you would like or want to do, then we would recommend that you do not apply for this job.
This job has the potential to pay a high 5 figures within a short time and six figures within 3-5 years. To get to the six-figure salary point the applicant must take on responsibilities that are above the current position’s requirements.
