What you'll do:

• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production, Quality Manager, and leaders to address concerns and implement corrective actions.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in quality leadership experience within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Bilingual language skills in Spanish/English is preferred, but not required.
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
