Career Search Associates is Hiring a Plant Controller Near Hempstead, TX
In search of a Plant Controller for a strong, global, world-class and growing manufacturing company. This is a hybrid position at a manufacturing facility and is responsible for overseeing all plant based accounting activities. Work with ERP systems and resources to compile and report financial information. Cost of goods sold. Statistical reports. Forecasting/planning of projects. Improve financial procedures, controls and reporting systems to maximize returns and efficiencies. Prepare budgets. Collect and interpret financial data. Cycle counting/inventory. Requires a experience as a Controller in a manufacturing setting. Strong communications and people skills.
