We are looking to add a Project Manager, Real Estate to join our Office Services team in Waukee, IA. Candidates thrive in our environment when they harness their collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a love of learning.
Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of Holmes Murphy’s growing facilities footprint. This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. This role will also monitor and present project updates to the executive committee, stakeholders, clients, or project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in developing and overseeing project plans and is accountable for ensuring the objectives of the project are achieved.
