We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Dallas, TX. Candidates thrive in our environment when they harness their collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a love of learning.

Duties:

  • Fulfilment of sales producers needs for building and enhancing prospect list requests for the purpose of phone call campaigns, email campaigns, and distributed marketing. This includes:
    • Formatting and preparing producer Excel lists to match required field data in Salesforce CRM system, including company name, contact name, email address, phone number, and targeted audience data.
    • Utilize technology software to match prospect company names and website URLs to targeted audience contact information.
    • Monitor new prospect list and campaign requests, such as through the Data Analytics Team (SOAR), and respond to sales requestor in a timely manner to begin fulfilment.
    • Ensure targeted audience information is entered into technology software correctly, including criteria such as industry, job title, geographic location, company size, and employee count.
    • Create and manage campaigns in Salesforce CRM, ensuring required fields are properly filled out for the purpose of data tracking and sales producer experience.
    • Work closely with the Data Stewardship team to ensure list data is uploaded in accordance with business procedures and campaign parameters, including by Salesforce Campaign Type, Data Source, Lead Source, Campaign Owner, and Campaign Start and End Dates.
    • Adhere by campaign best practices and standards, such as the number of leads allocated per sales producer during a given time period.
    • Communicate fulfilled list requests to producer in a timely manner, and ensure producers needs are met.
  • Manage an annual calendar of webinars, in-person events, and sales campaigns alongside Digital Consultant and Marketing Specialist. Webinar volume and demand is high, with an average of 8/month.
    • Ensure webinar campaigns are set up properly, and speaker and host login information is properly communicated.
    • Act as a “behind the scenes” host during live webinars, supporting any technical or experiential needs that speakers or attendees may need during the webinar. This can include, managing the pre-webinar meeting with presenters, assisting with sharing the presentation and slides, starting and ending the webinar, and answering live Q&A from attendees.
  • Assist with the creation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud prospect and client emails and audience list segmentations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, ZoomInfo, Zoom Webinar/Events, and Salesforce CRM preferred. Bonus if familiar with marketing automation platforms, such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain multiple technology tools and understand data stewardship and needs.
  • Good communication skills to provide a positive experience to both the internal sales producer and external prospects and clients who attend webinars or engage in sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Attention to detail to ensure content accuracy, appropriate spelling and punctuation, and professional wording and phrasing.
  • Available to work core business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:45 P.M.
  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA's Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations, and E&O procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED. College Degree Preferred.
  • Experience: 2 – 4 years of related marketing experience preferred.
