Career Now is seeking an Account Executive Intern to assist in account management for agency and non-agency accounts and boost outreach efforts for customer demos.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Support: Help Account Executives manage accounts by handling time-consuming, non-technical communication. This includes email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining account documentation.
• Outreach for Demos: Lead outreach initiatives to schedule demos for potential customers. This involves identifying and contacting leads, coordinating demo schedules, and following up to ensure engagement.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and demo schedules.
• Feedback and Reporting: Regularly provide feedback on the outreach process and account management to help identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on outreach efforts and account status for senior management to review.

• Hands-on experience in efficient account management and outreach strategies.
• Contribute to increased demos, directly influencing potential sales.
• Be part of a cost-effective strategy that boosts revenue growth through increased lead generation and improved account service.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in sales, marketing, and account management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
