Our client, an IT services company, is seeking temporary facilities assistant! This will be an ongoing temporary role starting asap.

Hours / Schedule : 7 : 30am 4 : 30pm , Monday Friday

Location : Sterling Forest, NY

Looking for someone who is dedicated and a hard worker, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with mailroom duties as assigned
• Receiving deliveries
• Stocking pantries
• Making sure all deliveries are brought to the right place / delivered to the right person
• Picking up lunch deliveries from the dock and bringing them to the appropriate floor
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications :

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs dolly would be provided
• Must be dependable, reliable and people-oriented
• Ability to work with professionals of all types
