Job Description:
Location: Various locations in Virginia (Dulles/Herndon/Reston and Fairfax/Burke/Springfield)
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Summary: As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from their homes, appointments, dialysis, and hospital visits. This role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Drivers will operate company-provided vehicles and adhere to a flexible schedule that includes rotating weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to and from designated locations.

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines.

• Adhere to a flexible schedule that may include evening shifts.

• Participate in on-call rotations and be available for overtime as needed.

Hiring Areas:

• Dulles/Herndon/Reston - Candidates will start their day from our office in Reston, VA.

• Fairfax/Burke/Springfield - Candidates will start and end their day from Fairfax, VA.

Job Details:

• Competitive hourly rates based on experience and position (Wheelchair driver, Stretcher driver, Stretcher attendant).
• All drivers will operate Dodge Grand Caravan or similar model vans (2018 and newer). Ford Transit may also be available for willing drivers.
• Schedules are provided the night before, with a typical start time between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.
• On-call duty rotates among all drivers approximately once every 30 days, with the option to take the van home during on-call periods.
• Rotating weekend and holiday schedules.
• Ability to move 150 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs may be required.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• No professional driving experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Must have held a driving license for at least 2 years.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• No barrier crimes (crimes against another person, assault, and battery, etc.).
• Must have a personal smartphone for communication.
• Ability to adhere to a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a cellphone with ample storage and a data plan to run company applications (X3).
