Job Description

The Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Engagement Team. This includes assisting with the maintenance of member engagement, related processes and performance metrics, triaging day-to-day engagement issues, and creating and updating training materials for CareBridge’s 24/7 Member Support Program business line.

Responsibilities:

The Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Engagement Team. This includes assisting with the maintenance of member engagement, related processes and performance metrics, triaging day-to-day engagement issues, and creating and updating training materials for CareBridge’s 24/7 Member Support Program business line.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting CareBridge’s strategic plan for the 24/7 Member Support Program for member engagement, including consumer directed members across multiple markets
  • Managing engagement team members from onboarding through ongoing outreach in the 24/7 Member Support Program and steady state efforts
  • Assisting with operational goals relating to member engagement
  • Managing incentive payment programs for members from engagement to order fulfillment
  • Acquiring and maintaining subject matter expertise in CareBridge’s 24/7 Member Support services
  • Proactive evaluation of the quality, processes and procedures resulting in suggestions to improve operations, communications, and services
  • Continuously identifying innovative solutions to ensure members remain satisfied with our services
  • Working with team members with speed and efficiency to assist with day-to-day questions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with multiple business units within the organization (technology, customer support, growth, and operations) to support interdisciplinary team projects
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities by helping others and implementing program enhancements
  • Knowledgeable about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within Tennessee, including the various services provided and how they interact with the CareBridge platform
  • Monitor and manage team member performance to ensure we are providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications/related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Five years’ experience managing a team with least 2 years of experience in healthcare operations
  • Demonstrated strategic and creative approaches to identifying and implementing solutions to
  • complex issues
  • Experience with development and implementation of new products, systems, processes
  • Ability to deliver results within assigned deadlines
  • Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization
  • Problem solving aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Travel up to 10% of work time
