JOB DISCRIPTION
A Nurse Manager has many duties and responsibilities based on their health care setting.
Keep and organize records of the particular facility
Create work schedule for nurses
Create goals and objectives for their department and facility in line with organizational; set goals and incompliance with the human resources department and make sure they are met by the staff
Communicate with staff and department heads
Comply with the recruitment policy of the organization and with the head of human resources in terms of hiring of nurses, other health professionals, and training
Creation of work schedules for nurses
Solve any problems patients might have at the facility
Improve the quality and efficiency of the level of care delivered to patients
Ensure the facility they work in is compliant with current laws
Education / License/Certification
RN / Bachelor Degree, Nclex (Mandatory)
Master degree and other license is added advantage fort this role
