Hospice Aide - Full Time or Part Time
Come join a team of seasoned nurses at Care Partners, one of Oregons oldest not-for-profit hospices! For over 40 years, we have cared for hospice patients across the Portland Metropolitan area, bringing interdisciplinary and holistic hospice services to patients and their support systems.Care Partners is seeking a full time or part time Hospice Aide to provide coverage in the Portland metro area. This position has candidates in the field providing direct patient care. We are a trusted name amongst our community partners, and receive consistent feedback from families that our nurses go above and beyond expectations to make them feel supported at their loved ones end of life.

We can offer full time or part time hours and are committed to finding a schedule that matches your needs. The onboarding and training process will involve hands-on learning with an RN preceptor, directly supported by our Director of Nursing, and will be tailored to your level of experience until you feel comfortable working independently

Schedule: Usual hours fall within the 7:45-5, Monday through Friday work week.
*Preferred applicant will be asked to pass a background check and drug screen following a job offer.
**New employees are required to complete tuberculosis screening and provide proof of hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination.
