Seeking a kind caring person to tend to the needs of elderly or disabled clients. Typical daily responsibilities include assisting clients in self care, providing them the ability to continue to live in their own home.

Routine daily activities include but are not limited to
Bathing
Grooming
Toileting
Dressing
Preparing and serving meals, encouraging proper diet and adequate fluid consumption
Ensuring doctors orders such as at home exercises or medications are completed and taken on time and documented properly
Supervise client as they move and walk around their home
Assisting client in their choice of entertainment
Motivate client and promote a positive mental state
Maintain a clean safe living space. This may include minor housekeeping tasks such as tidying up the home, dishes, and laundry.
Assist client in proper emergency procedures when necessary.
Document daily activities, health and overall status of client.
Ensure proper HIPAA and OSHA standards are being met.

Employee may be assigned to more than one client. Adequate transportation to individual client homes is required.

Employee must be self motivated, observant, and initiate tasks on their own. They must be able to communicate well with clients as well as co-workers. Appropriate bedside manner and maturity is essential to success.

Part time and Full time positions available.
